These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between Media Rose Studios ("we", "us", "our") and the client ("you", "your") regarding our web design services.

By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Domain Registration

Media Rose Studios does not include domain registration as part of our standard web design packages. Clients have two options:

Purchase your own domain independently through a registrar of your choice (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google Domains).
Alternatively, we can register and manage your domain on your behalf at an additional cost, which will be outlined in your quote or agreement.

2. Monthly Website Upkeep Fee

All web design packages come with a mandatory monthly upkeep fee of £18.50, which includes:

Website hosting
Security and plugin updates
Basic monthly content changes (e.g., updating images, prices, contact info, customer reviews)

This ensures your website remains secure, updated, and functional at all times.

3. Cancellations & Termination

To cancel your website upkeep plan, we require a minimum of 1 month’s written notice.
Once the upkeep plan is cancelled:
- Your website will no longer be ad-free (ads may be displayed by the hosting provider).
- Ongoing support, updates, hosting, and security maintenance will no longer be provided by Media Rose Studios.
- We cannot guarantee the retention of your domain name after cancellation, as this is subject to the policies and guidelines of the domain registrar and hosting provider.
- If you'd like to transfer your domain or website files to another provider, we can assist upon request (transfer fees may apply).

4. Additional Services

Requests beyond standard monthly updates (e.g., major redesigns, new pages, custom features) may be subject to additional charges, quoted separately.

5. Payment Terms

The monthly upkeep fee is billed automatically unless otherwise agreed.
Missed or late payments may result in temporary suspension of services until payment is resolved.
